The crew was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the move. All furniture and belongings were handled with care, and everything arrived safely with no damages whatsoever. On July 10, 2019 we hired this company to move us from a lifetime home of 59 years. When the first truck came with 3 movers, they said due to our many totes and large items(9 ft mirror) which I made them aware of before, they persuaded us to get another truck with two more men. After 13 hours ( in which we opened our fridge full of cold drinks and offered subs) we were presented with a bill which was much higher than we thought roughly $2800. We questioned it and agreed we would call the office in the morning. Within 5 minutes two movers walked through our house and into our backyard to say they made a mistake and lowered the bill by hundreds. The next morning the owner called and said it was a mistake. I did request a receipt for the third amount that was quoted to me,in which I have never received one to this day. That was the first issue I found very unprofessional. After that we were upstairs in the new house stepping on post earrings everywhere. This triggered us to immediately look where my priceless heirloom of my mothers ring and also a single diamond were. They were kept in my husbands shirt in a bag in two spring jewelry boxes. The shirt was hanging in a closet up front and the boxes were there but empty. I immediately called the company and they told me they would cooperate with the police. I was sick over this. Then other items were in disarray and our mirror had two big pieces of wood broken off. I called and alerted them to this and stated the second truck did not come at the same time to our new house and where did they go? Was it possible they went through our belongings? After calling again I sent pictures to the owner on scuffs of paint, and the mirror. I have the texts from July 30. After two reviews I have been told my husband and me must of had miscommunication because he signed the paper that said they were not liable for jewelry and everything was delivered in good condition. Sadly after 13 hours it was too dark and we were exhausted to see all this mess that was delivered. But the ring took all our attention and mental anguish over this move. The owner did offer us $300 “in good faith” to us for a difficult move providing we did not give any bad reviews. Of course we did not agree to that, what I lost in the move was priceless to me and devastating. And well over $2000 for just my moms ring. The single diamond was $5000. My reviews were replied by the manager of being completely false and is illegal. His comments were completely false on us reporting the damages. I called left messages, was told the owner was on vacation, but did discuss and send pictures well before a month. So I believe he and the owner have some miscommunication issues. The investigator handling our case has said all 5 movers refuse to talk to them. One answered his phone and when the officer said his name with the Rochester Police he hung up on him. It seems when you sign a paper, this business is protected. So BE AWARE this has been devastating. The mental anguish of reading such “non responsible comments is sickening. I find it very difficult if the five movers whom he said were professionals, not one is able to respond to the authorities. They also called us after leaving two times to find out what my husband tipped them. One of them was not telling the truth on the amount that was given to them. So he wasn’t even being honest with his own coworkers. Pretty sad.

I relocate often, so I have used many moving companies in the past, good and bad. I scheduled a move with Interior Moving Services for a move across NewYork state. I was very impressed with all of the employees, from the office staff to the movers. They were extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I wanted to make sure that my belongings were insured and that they were a licensed moving company registered with the NYSDOT. They did, in fact provide me with their DOT number. The move was completed ahead of schedule and without any damages. I couldn’t be more happy and will recommend them to anyone that is in need of a moving company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
First let me point out they DO NOT do background checks on their employees! I hired this company to simply load my items from my 3 bedroom home into my own moving van. I had asked them many times to use the moving pads and wrap (I supplied) so my furniture would not be damaged. To my surprise when I went to unload the truck they didn't do any of that so EVERY piece of furniture was damaged!! The worst part of the entire experience, was that their movers are THIEFS!! They went through my things and stole my wedding ring, a bunch of jewelry, and other expensive items. THEY WENT THROUGH OUR CLOSED ITEMS!! I called the company IMMEDIATELY as I had noticed this as soon as they left, I went to put my jewelry on that was hidden and found it missing, so there is NO mistake that it was the movers that stole my items. I filed a police report, contacted the owner and they assured me they would investigate and help me! THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! I filed against their insurance and it has almost been a year and NOTHING!! There are so many moving companies out there that actually do a great job and care, unfortunately NOT THIS ONE!! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEM!!

I called 2 other local moving companies before choosing Interior Moving Services. I chose Interior Moving because of their excellent reputation and longevity in the moving industry. They also provided me with their DOT number, so I knew that they are conducting their business legally. Their employees in the office were very pleasant to speak with and the movers that arrived at my home were professional and polite. They were especially careful with my recently purchased furniture, which I really appreciated. They finished the move and everything was delivered without a scratch. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely hire them again.

I have dealt with other moving companies in the past, but Interior Moving Services certainly stands out above them. From my first phone call to their office to the completion of my move, they were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions prior to scheduling, and I had quite a few. None of my belongings were damaged and they were very careful. This company was professional from start to finish which is more than I can say about others I have worked with. Thanks to the staff at Interior Moving! You made a normally difficult process much easier to deal with.

I hired Interior Moving Services to move my large 4 bedroom home across the city. They aren’t the least expensive moving company in the area, but they aren’t the most expensive either. I chose them strictly based on their reputation. I lived in the home for over 40 years so I accumulated a lot of belongings, some very valuable. The company sent 4 men, all very professional and personable to complete the move. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! They finished ahead of schedule and without any damage to my home, furniture, etc. I plan on telling everyone I know to use them if they are in need of a mover.

I used Interior Moving to move my 2 bedroom apartment in the city. I never hired a mover before, but really didn’t feel like doing it myself again. So I thought I would give it a shot and started calling around for quotes. I spoke with Lester on the phone and he was very nice and answered all of my questions. I really liked this because I didn’t feel rushed like I was when I called 2 other moving companies prior. On moving day, the movers arrived on time and were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I know it is not an easy job, but they worked straight through and finished ahead of schedule. They were careful with my belongings and treated them as though they were their own. Nothing was damaged and they even arranged furniture exactly the way I wanted it in my new home. I will surely use them again. Very happy customer!!

Spectacular service. I called around to numerous moving companies in the area and was surprised at the wide range of pricing I was getting. Some were reasonable, and some were so low that it was difficult to believe that they could provide quality service at such a price. When I called Interior Moving Services, they were about middle of the road as far as pricing goes. The deciding factor for me was the customer service. During the initial phone call, I asked many questions. I never felt rushed to get off the phone. I even learned a few things. Movers in New York State must be licensed by the Department of Transportation to provide moving services. The reason why other companies from Craigslist, Thumbtack, etc, are so inexpensive, is because they are operating illegally. So I decided to schedule my move with Interior Moving Services.

The move went well, actually great! The crew worked as a team and even helped me disassemble some of my furniture. They were very kind to my elderly mother and also stopped at a storage unit of mine for a few other items. Everything was delivered undamaged and in a shorter amount of time ran what was anticipated. I hired Interior Moving Services to pack my belongings and move my 4 bedroom home. I never used a moving company before, so I didn’t know what to expect. From start to finish, they maintained professionalism and worked very hard with only one break the entire day. It was a large move and they finished the job without anything getting damaged and in less time than expected. I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do, I will be giving them a call. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Interior Moving Services has never failed to impress me. This is the third time I have used them in the past 18 years. Moving is in no way an easy chore, and they made a normally very difficult process much more manageable. My wife and I are recently retired and decided to downsize and move into a smaller home across Rochester. The movers were friendly and personable, but most of all, very careful with our belongings. They didn’t damage anything (furniture or home) and they completed the move in a shorter time than anticipated. I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do, I will most certainly use them again.

Interior Moving Services packed and moved my 4 bedroom home. I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff of both the office and the movers. I have moved two other times in my life, but have never used Interior Moving before. My past experiences were satisfactory, but nothing to rave about. This time was different! The 4 men that were sent to my home were very personable and never stopped working the entire time. The move was finished ahead of schedule and without any damages. I will definitely hire them again if the opportunity presents itself.

I’ve never used a moving company before hiring Interior Moving Services. I called around to two

other moving companies and of course looked at countless reviews before making my decision. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice! I would consider my home an average sized three bedroom home, but I have many items of high value that need extra care. From the beginning to end of my move, the movers proved to me that they were both experienced and professional. The manner in which they conducted themselves was nothing short of exceptional. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate this company and I plan on recommending them to everyone I know.
